By accessing and using Cheezism, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Cheezism is a free, client-side web application that allows users to capture photos using their webcam and create 4-cut sticker-style photos. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Personal Use Only

You agree to use Cheezism solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute photos created using this service
• Use the service for commercial advertising or marketing
• Reproduce or distribute the service itself without permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

4. User Content

You retain all rights to photos and videos you create using Cheezism. We do not claim ownership of your content. All processing happens client-side, and your media never leaves your device unless you choose to download or share it.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Cheezism to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cheezism is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheezism and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain backward compatibility.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
